You can file online from your home or office using any certified e-file service provider (EFSP).  The list of available certified e-file service providers can be used 24/7. Please view the "Service Provider Comparisons" chart below for assistance in choosing the right provider for your needs. You are able to change providers at any time or use multiple providers. Once you have your initial account created for eFileIL, it can be used for all of the different service providers.

The Circuit Clerk's office has two scanning stations available for your use with electronic filing. These stations are located in the lobby of the Boone County Courthouse and are available during regular business hours. Please check in at the Circuit Clerk's Office for assistance.
