2025 COURT HOLIDAY CLOSING SCHEDULE
 

The Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, Boone County, State of Illinois, shall adjourn and shall be closed on the following legal holidays:

May 26th - Memorial Day
June 19th - Juneteenth
July 4th - Independance Day
September 1st - Labor Day
November 11th - Veterans' Day
November 27th-28th - Thanksgiving
December 24th - Christmas Holiday
December 25th - Christmas Day

 

All matters returnable on said legal holidays will be rescheduled to the next available date.

The date for filing all motions and pleadings be extended to the next business day of this Court.

 
The Boone County Circuit Clerk is a constitutional officer elected by the citizens of Boone County for a four year term. 
This position is currently held by Pamela Coduto, Clerk of the Court.
The Circuit Clerk is a non-judicial office of the Judicial Branch of Illinois State Government.
